Notion Coupon Codes October 2026 – 30 Verified Offers

Decent for student dashboards, but a bit pricey

The student dashboard feature is really helpful, but I wish the pricing for enterprise security was clearer without contacting sales.

Notion is great, but upgrading was a bit clunky

I was looking to upgrade my Notion plan to get more features, and while the product itself is fantastic for my CRM and notes, finding a discount was impossible. It's a powerful tool, and honestly much better than something like Evernote for my needs, but it would be nice if they offered more straightforward deals or promo codes for existing users wanting to step up.

Comprehensive workspace experience

I recently upgraded to the Plus plan for my small business, mainly for the increased block limits and collaboration features. Ordering was quick and the upgrade applied instantly. The synced blocks are incredibly useful for updating information across multiple pages. I also started using the CRM template, which needed some customization but is generally a good base. Customer support was responsive when I inquired about adding more seats; they clarified the billing process clearly. My only minor issue was importing some older documents, which required a bit more manual adjustment than I expected. Overall, it's a powerful tool for managing projects and knowledge.

Solid tool, good features

I used Notion for project tracking. It's stable. The kanban boards are helpful. Had a slight learning curve at first. Delivery was instant since it's software.

Good for students, saved money

As a student, I was looking for something to manage my courses without spending a ton. I got the Personal Pro plan free which was a huge saving compared to other tools. It took a little bit to verify my student status but totally worth it. The habit tracker works well for my study schedule.

Decent for team notes

So, we decided to try Notion for our team's meeting notes and documentation. It's pretty straightforward to set up shared web pages. Everyone picked it up fast, which was a plus. The mobile app is okay, but I mostly use the desktop version. It's been a pretty smooth experience overall.

Good for notes

I used Notion for my project notes. It was easy to set up. Liked the simple interface. Got my work done.

Decent tool, some hiccups

I signed up for the Plus plan to manage team tasks. The kanban boards were useful, and setting up workflows was pretty straightforward. However, integrating with some of our other tools felt a bit clunky, not as seamless as I hoped. Overall, it's a solid platform for collaboration, but there's room for improvement on the integration front. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about billing.

Comprehensive workspace for projects

I started using Notion to consolidate my work. I created a personal wiki and a project tracker for a few ongoing tasks. The setup process was fairly intuitive, though it took me a little while to get the hang of all the database features. I really appreciated the flexibility to customize pages. I also tried out the mobile app, which worked well for quick updates on the go. While I haven't needed customer support, the online documentation was quite helpful when I was learning the ropes. It's a powerful tool once you figure out its nuances.

Student discount was great

As a student, I was looking for a good deal on a productivity app. I found out about the free education plan for Notion, which was a huge plus. It made managing my student dashboard and notes super affordable, as in free. The features offered are more than enough for my schoolwork, making it a really good value for money. Definitely felt worth it.
